Caspian Szieff
JUNIOR ASSOCIATE
Caspian Szieff is a junior associate at Sheikh/Impact where he provides support to the client services team.
Before joining Sheikh/Impact, Cas worked as an English teacher at public schools in underserved areas in Mallorca and Granada, Spain. Eager to serve his own community, Cas returned home to the South Bay and volunteered at Harbor Connects, a homelessness nonprofit in Wilmington, working on operational and communications projects. While studying at Georgetown University in Washington D.C., Cas lobbied at Capitol Hill for LGBTQ+ rights and volunteered on campaigns for midterm candidates and the presidential election.
Cas earned his bachelor’s degree in American Studies and a minor in Spanish. With strong interests in queer studies and linguistics, he wrote his senior thesis in Spanish on gender inclusive language.
In his free time, Cas dances, swims and watches films. He is also always looking to practice his Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese.
